Tammy Singleton

Hi, I’m Tammy Singleton, and I serve as an Elder and Head of Kids Ministry at Redemption Hill Church! I grew up in Conway, SC, and lived in Raleigh, NC, for 40 years before moving to Calabash in 2017. I was married for 43 years until becoming widowed in 2023, and I’m blessed with two daughters and two granddaughters. My journey in ministry began as a teenager volunteering with children, and I earned an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. I worked full-time in ministry from 1995 to 2017 at Covenant Church in Raleigh, NC, as Children’s Director/Pastor (1995-2015) and Director of Congregational Ministries (2015-2017), and later taught Elementary Art in North Myrtle Beach from 2021-2023.

My passion is to see young lives transformed into mighty warriors for Jesus! As Head of Youth Ministry, I’m dedicated to helping kids build a firm foundation in Christ, believing that a strong start now means less need for repairs later in life. I love knowing Jesus smiles when adults invest in children—all for His glory! Whether through teaching or leading, I’m excited to guide our youth and support our church’s mission with a heart full of faith.
