About YWAM Barbados

Youth With A Mission (YWAM) is an international interdenominational Christian organization that mobilizes and trains individuals to impact the lives of youth, the poor and needy, and those who have never heard the Gospel. At their Barbados location, they minister to and disciple the youth of Barbados and surrounding Caribbean islands, sharing the hope and transformation found in Jesus Christ.

Our team will engage in several ministry opportunities throughout the week, including visiting 3-5 local schools where we'll share for approximately 40 minutes per school. We'll also participate in a community night event where we'll lead worship and share testimonies or a message. Additionally, we'll conduct community outreach through street evangelism one morning during the week.

The YWAM Barbados facility needs various improvements, and our team will help with hands-on service projects such as repainting classrooms, the prayer room, and staff houses (Cunningham House and Dober House), grounds maintenance and landscaping, and rebuilding flooring in one of the staff houses. Please note that specific projects may change based on facility needs, and we'll keep you updated as the trip approaches.
